Veronica Grams

Veronica Grams is a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive frontline and leadership experience implementing evidence-based pediatric mental health services in community, school, home and residential settings.

She is a bilingual Spanish clinician and seasoned program leader who has supervised multidisciplinary teams, led training and group supervision and managed DMH-contracted Full Service Partnership (FSP) and STRTP programs.

Veronica has used data/EHR systems to monitor fidelity, productivity and outcomes. She is certified in multiple parenting- and trauma-focused EBPs (Triple P, CPP, TF‑CBT, Seeking Safety, MAP, FOCUS). As the FSP clinical director, Veronica partnered with LA County DMH, QA leadership and community partners to adapt services to local context.

Veronica brings practical clinical expertise, quality‑assurance experience and stakeholder collaboration skills that translate directly to launching, sustaining and scaling high‑fidelity PCIT services.
